Sustainability and CSR at Sagility are closely connected. Our sustainability strategy focuses on long-term environmental, social, and governance performance, while our CSR initiatives translate those commitments into direct action within the communities where we operate.

Environmental Stewardship

We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and supporting climate action through measurable targets and operational improvements.

Climate Commitments:

  • SBTi-validated near-term emissions reduction targets.
    • Reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions 54.6% by FY2034.
    • Reduce absolute Scope 3 emissions 32.5% by FY2034 across key categories, including purchased goods and services, capital goods, fuel- and energy-related activities, and employee commuting.

Operational Initiatives:

  • Renewable energy use across global offices, including a 100% solar-powered site in Cranbury, New Jersey
  • LEED-certified buildings equipped with water and light sensors to reduce energy and water waste
  • Electric vehicles for company-owned transportation and solar-powered charging stations at select offices for employees
  • Responsible waste management through authorized recycling partners, including secure e-waste handling

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion
