  • Ingest or reproduce proprietary content
  • Generate derivative works based on sagility materials without explicit written permission

Sagility may use AI tools internally to support analytics, operations, and content workflows, with: 

  • Human oversight
  • Privacy and security controls
  • Responsible-use guidelines

Data Protection
