Brian Clayton, Executive Vice President and General Counsel, leads our global Legal and Compliance functions and serve as the company’s chief legal advisor. He works closely with leaders across the company to support strategic priorities, enable responsible growth, strengthen corporate governance, advance our compliance and ethics agenda, and help navigate an evolving global legal and regulatory landscape. His experience in building scalable legal, compliance, privacy, and governance frameworks will support our continued growth and commitment to operational excellence.
Brian is an accomplished legal executive with over two decades of experience advising global organizations on complex legal, regulatory, compliance, privacy, and commercial matters. Prior to joining Sagility, he served as Associate General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer at Omnicom Group, where he led the company’s global privacy and compliance programs and advised executive leadership on enterprise legal and regulatory matters. Before Omnicom, he was a senior legal leader at Conduent, a multi-billion-dollar global BPO provider with a significant healthcare business, where he partnered with business leaders across the healthcare, technology, and business services sectors.
Throughout his career, he has been a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams on governance, ethics and compliance, strategic transactions, regulatory matters, litigation, privacy, and complex commercial matters. Brian earned his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School, where he served on Law Review, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Fordham University School of Law, where he teaches Privacy and Cybersecurity Law.
